At three years old Querdolan Vitarel won the French Anglo-Arabian stallion test and was of course approved. The next year he started his eventer career and already impressed a lot of French riders and breeders. His results on young horses classes helped him to be approved at the Selle-Français stud-book with impressive marks (no mark under 7/10, 9/10 for the gaits and balance, 8/10 for the jumping technique, 8/10 at the global jumping ability…). He’s now ridden by the famous Bettina Hoy in Germany.
A quality motherline:
Querdolan Vitarel is born at Claire Deviers stud in south west of France. She’s a well none Anglo-Arabian breeder settled near “Gourdon”. She bought MINOUTCHA (Querdolan’s mother) at 2 years old for her pedigree and above all because she was an impressive jumper. As stud she produced KELVAR (selected for the Olympics with the French Eventing team, unfortunately injured at a quite young age) and HELLUINE (winner at the 1m30 and 1m35 showjumping level). Claire Deviers keep on breeding Anglo-Arabians with two sisters of Querdolan.
Feticheur
This very old motherline has shown a lot of quality in the past. ROSIANE (daughter of the full sister of Querdolan’s grand mother) was an 1m45 showjumper. FETICHEUR (full brother of Querdolan’s grand mother) was a successful eventer sire. He produced the international eventers LINDTH, MILOR DU CASTILLON, EERSTELING DU LEOU (French Team) and ICARE D’OLYMPE (winner at the 1m35 level, St Georges in Dressage and CCI2*, now standing at the Marbach stud).
Querdolan’s motherline also produced PEEPING TOM a small stallion that produced international showjumpers out of poor quality mares (he started his career in the south east of France) and also few exceptional jumping ponies (some on the French national team).

On Querdolan Pedigree we can find some of the best Anglo-Arabian bloodlines like the famous mare SERENITE (ancestor of Mokkaido CSIO, Fougueux CSIO, Krakatoa CSIO and Hermes d’Authieux CSI and Holstein approved stallion) and Financiere II (same family than the stallion INSCHALLAH who’s known to be a top stallion in Germany).

Querdolan also has two times in his pedigree the famous DIONYSOS II (leading sire in races and showjumping) and NITHARD (leading showjumping sire in France, grandfather of the well known QUICK STAR) and PANCHO II (father of MATCHO and UPAN LA JARTHE that are well known stallions in Germany).

Querdolan’s Father, DEFI D’ARMENTI, is also the father of QATAR DU PUECH ROUGET (winner of the 2011 French seven years old championship under Eric Vigeanel saddle). This young Anglo-arabian his considered to be one of the most promising young eventing horse in France.
French Anglo-Arabian breeders are very proud of the fact that Querdolan Vitarel seems to be appreciated by his famous rider Bettina Hoy. They hope this young horse is going to be Bettina Hoy’s next champion.
